1. Where are your products made and shipped from?

Our own products (HTV, stickers, sublimation) are shipped from China.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

• Bulk orders (own products): 15 days production + approximately 15 days delivery (shipped from China), minimum order $69.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free US shipping on orders over $69

5. What materials do you use for HTV tees?

High-quality, Long-lasting HTV—soft, machine-washable, fade-resistant.

Tees are made with premium cotton for comfort.

6. Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! All vinyl stickers are waterproof and weather-resistant.

Perfect for laptops, water bottles, cars, and outdoor use.

7. Are sublimation products microwave/dishwasher safe?

Mugs: Microwave and dishwasher safe (top rack recommended).

Totes/towels: Machine-washable (gentle cycle recommended).

8. Can I place a bulk/team order?

• Own products: Minimum order around $69, 15 days production, 15days delivery (China shipping).

9. How do I track my order?

We’ll send a tracking number via email once your order ships.

You can also track via the “Track Order” page (enter order number + email).

10. What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns/exchanges: Within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Custom items: Non-returnable unless there’s a craftsmanship defect.

11. Do you send design proofs for custom orders?

Yes! Digital proof sent within 24 hours of your request.

We won’t start production until you approve the proof.

12. What file types do you accept for custom logos?

Prefer high-resolution files: PNG (transparent), JPG, SVG, or PDF.

We can work with lower-res files and notify you of adjustments.

13. Are your products unisex?

Yes! Tees come in unisex sizes (men + women) with a relaxed fit.

Some women’s-specific fits are available (check product descriptions).

14. How to care for HTV tees?

Wash inside out in cold water (gentle cycle).

Tumble dry on low heat.

Avoid bleach, ironing the print, or dry cleaning.

15. Can I cancel/modify my order after placement?

Cancel/modify within 12 hours of ordering.

After 12 hours, production may start (no changes possible).
